This evening, i thought that i would lose Meowmeow forever coz she wasnt at her usual spot..i almost cried. I couldnt concentrate marking a pile of worksheets ive brought home but at d same time, i kept telling yself that she was ok....i even smsed my bro about my sadness. So, i ate my dinner...feeling oh so lonely n ive lost my appetite too. Normally around that time, i would prepare Meowmeow's warm milk but since she wasnt around....i looked at her empty milk container which she loves to rub after drinking. I ate my food with heavy heart n as i washed d dishes, i looked out for her from d window...nope..no sight of her...maybe she was taken away by d SPCA..or..maybe she was..ohh..i didnt want to think of anything dreadful... i juz prayed hard she was OK. Went back to my room n decided to take a last look at my window. To my pleasat surprise, she was downstairs, busy cleaning myself. Suddenly i had a strong surge of energy n i ran to d kitchen to warm up her milk. Few seconds later, i was downstairs n she was so happy to see me too..she was running to me, meowing all d way. She drank up her milk then gotten very sleepy with my scratching of her chin. Then she cuddled between my thighs..very manja today...something which she hasnt been doing with me....she almost fell asleep when she heard something n jolted from her dreamy state. She walked away n at that moment, i saw a huge rat running out from d drain nearby...horrible huge rat...n it made its way to d dustbin near me...i shouted n it ran off...i called out Meowmeow n she saw d rat...chased after it till d drain. They both stopped...looking at each other n before Meowmeow could spring on it, it jumped into d drain n was gone. i wish i had this recorded coz i felt like Meowmeow had saved my day. Meowmeow...me(ow) love u!!By d way, my guy is still in India n will be going back soon but dunno if im able to meet him but at least he calls...yipeeee!!
