I'm listening now to the Cranberries...No Need to Argue album...my all time favourite band...to end my Deepavali holiday..in a subtle way i guess. It was a boriiiiiing day to start with coz i couldnt go out, i was needed to do an I.T homework on using the interactive smart board so that im able to share it with my level teachers tomorrow..so i was stuck at home on a holiday..aaarrgghhhh..juz not meeeee...n i was stuck wif my bro..i would be a victim of his boredom too..so today he told me to bake d brownies together. oh well...y not...since mum n dad were out, so we were bz in d kitchen, trying out to bake d brownies for the very FIRST time ahhhh..i know it sounds so lame for some of u but i think there is always THE first time for everything n i always believe in the learning processes...like..i burnt the walnuts in d oven..roasted for too long but another packet saved d day.Phew!!And we should have set d temperature abt 200 degrees for cakes or brownies n we set it way below that..i have simply forgotten what i had learnt in Home Econ...anyways..worth learning!!It was a success n i was so damn happy...reminded me of d song Chocolate Brown by d Cranberries...and presenting u now d learning points....

1. pound slowly girl...go easy not crazy over d nuts!! ensure that they dont turn into powder. Very classic looking mortar but it's d best!!

2. don't roast them for too long n make sure under moderate heat else....they look like coffee beans...black n bitter!!

3. must always smile during the processes so that the stuffs will turn out delicious!!Hey..if I can cook, so can you!! That reminds me of dat Chinese cook called Yan....where is he now ahhh??
4.only when the consistency is right, then u put d substance ( what do u actually call that huh??) into the patty tin..i juz wan them to look nice like cupcakes so that's y i did this way.
5. set d right temperature in order to bake them well...n get d oven where there is a nice window to look through in order to curb yr anxiousness n of coz, a well lit one inside to save yr trouble to look for yr torch to shine yr way through juz like those CSI fellas.

6. choose a 'victim' well for yr sample tasting...prey on a juicy one n one that smells goooood!!

7. indulge on it no matter how ugly you look as long as yr food tastes yummy n looks damn attractive than you.
8. finally, look at yr master pieces in every angles so that you will feel good...SO ENJOYCING!!
*****HAPPY BAKING TO ALL OF YOU!!*****

I rest my case... @ 7:33:00 PM
